Maybe u can you ask the same people
"Would you like to send your son/daughter to
INDIA to do higher studies in M.B.A. ??"

Frankly.. i do not think other than the IIM's 
there are any institutions in India whose MBA degree
carries any value abroad (atleast where it 
matters..in the west)

Even the IIMS, i doubt, carry much weight.. but i'm not 
too sure of this... maybe some of u guys abroad can 
give us ur perspective on this..
