Besides the context, you know what, permit me some liberty here.
Guptaji and
Rawat, you both sadly surprised me that you have not read this
timeless
classic book cause if i have read, Rawat too should have had and
Gupta ji
you sure should have :). It used to be a must read then. It is so
good that
an ardent reader will breeze through the 1000 pages of the paper
back.
Bad, bad, bad.

There is so much in the world to see, hear, smell, taste, feel,
savour, visit, appreciate etc. that not one but a hundred life
times would not be sufficient if one wants to experience
everything. Gone with the Wind was the movie in early sixties
famous for its unusually high oscar awards. I was in medical
college then. Many saw it, many did not, for various reasons.
Those who did not or could not see it do not in any way detract
from the greatness of the movie or the novel.

There may be many who have not read in full the Gita or the Ram
Charit Manas or Bible [New Testament] or David Copperfield or
Godan or My experiments with Truth or Discovery of India. By any
reckoning, each of these is any time probably greater as a work of
literature or culture than Gone with the wind, though comparisons
are odious. I have read all of the above, and would like to read
many more, except that we read what happens to be available at a
time, along with time itself!
