Now am I not a holy shmoley?

I fast the fast and give up repast
And hunger fer the grain and the gruel

Gad is pleeezed and the Debbil displeezed
And in the evenin' I am mos' croolly crool.

One month in twelve I am at fast
The rest of the eleven I gorge to blast

I never starve my lust nor anger
I reg'larly blast my wife and bang her

I terr-rize the weak and plague the meek
But fastin' the fast Gad's fergiveness seek

Fer 30 days caloriless and unwatered
I end up with innocents cut up and quartered.
