but the analogies that you use to reach that are quite bad. 
Almost
all the examples you use are classic cases of imperialism where
one region was annexed and brought under the power of another by
force.

There are many, many reasons for better integration of J&K
with India. To cite China, England, France and US as guides
is arguing against yourself.

The real intent behind my words was not to eulogise the acts of 
invaders but simply to point out that if others can be so ruthless 
and selfish as to invade other territories and loot people, why 
must we be so prudish [falsely] as to hesitate to move freely in 
our own house and live in harmony with our own brothers?
