1.corruption (Brashtachar!)& NO  PROPER POLITICAL SYSTEM
2.Lack of education.
3.???? ( cant think of this one)

Even if if take care of the first two, I think we would be very well on the
track.
A skewed democracy where people confuse "liberty with license" has lead to
a total degradation of all the other chores (  human values etc etc etc)
Education, by far the single most factor has long been neglected again
because of the point mentioned no:1
