If Congress had won the election, the media would have exhorted 
BJP to respect people's verdict and mend their ways. Now that BJP 
has won, people's verdict has no meaning and Congress is not being 
asked to mend their ways of pseudo-secularism.  Heads I win, Tails 
you lose, eh?

More than the Hindu harline, it is the shrill propaganda that 
harmed anti-BJP campaign. There were calls to Muslims to ensure 
100% voting against BJP. Why the call to vote on religion basis? 
If it is okay why can't Hindus do the same?

I hope the so-called secular parties learn from Gujarat. Vote Bank 
politics is a double-edged sword. Congress used it to subdue its 
opponents in the past, now it got cut by the same sword in 
Gujarat.
