MCG states:

1. Farook is both right and wrong. In the balance, wrong. True, there would be no statement found in the Quoran or the Sharia law or muslim personal law that women should be ill treated. 
2. At the same time, all the following find place in one of the above three:

A. Woman witness has half the value of male witness.
B. Honour killings of women
C. If a woman alleges rape, she must produce four male witnesses who have seen the act happen.
D. Females can be married on reaching the age of puberty, which may be deemed to be as low as 8-9 years. [All India muslim Personal Law Board has already filed a writ praying that muslims should be exempt from Child Marriage Restraint Act.]
E. After Talaq, a muslim woman cannot remarry her ex-husband unless she marries another man, the marriage is consummated and the new husband gives talaq to her. [There is no such degrading punishment/purification to be undergone by the ex-husband. Muslims plead that the above provision is meant to guard against frivolous, non-serious divorce. In that case, the person who gives that frivolous divorce by pronouncing triple talaq goes scot free, while the victim of talaq has to undergo further degradation and punishment. Why the punishment to the female victim, while the male talaq pronouncer goes scot free?

The list can be multiplied. The above is enough as an illustration. Are the above 5 examples not eloquent proof of ill treatment of muslim women under sanction from Quoran and islamic law?
