http://www.mailtothefuture.com/ used to do this. I haven't used this in
a while but there is no indication on the site that the service is
discontinued. I bet it still works.

Note that it is not a general purpose webmail site like Hotmail etc. 
(i.e. you don't get an email address or a mailbox).
