Well... since we have embarrassed each other... :-(
I would make the most of the "situation".

I would look deep into his eyes and give him my sweetest, cutest,
most innocent smile... :-]
... and softly ask, "Shall we out for a walk"? ... hold him by the
arm and gently but firmly, steer him towards the door ... and walk
out of the restaurant ... :-)

Now, what happened next? ... ;-0
Is it a typical Hollywood ending or a sad ending ???
