[nukkad] Excel: Auto complete

In Excel 2000, I have to autocomplete (not autocorrect)
entries in a list from previous entries, by punching just a
few initial Characters.

1. How to access and manipulate this list by making it
visible in a notepad like thing, where I an delete
"once-only" entries?

2. How to restrict the nos. of entries the list should
contain? For a long list, too many entries are there which
slow it down.

3. Which all keys are applicable why selecting from this
list.

4. Sometimes it selects at a few notes, sometimes it needs
longer names to be punched. I guess it breaks the list at
empty cells, and them searches in them too after more than a
few strokes are punched. Not sure.

Any help is welcome.
