Re : [nukkad] Lamenting the state of women and the men ....

I'm sometimes asked "Why do you spend so much of your time and
money talking about kindness to animals when there is so much cruelty to men?"
I answer: "I am working at the roots." -George T. Angell, reformer (1823-1909)

Mr. Zaveri, I do not suffer from any head weight, knowledge borne or
otherwise. I write what I know about, when I have time to do so. I avoid
writing on subjects about which I have little knowledge. I read about such
subjects at Nukkad or elsewhere and learn. There are several issues
discussed at Nukkad; yet I comment on very few for the simple reason that I
don't know enough about other issues to form an opinion about them. I am not
knowledgeable enough to have 'knowledge borne' head weight.

As for 'diehard mentality for partiality', look who is speaking! If you care
to read my post, you will notice that I had supported Guptaji's views
regarding UCC, CMRA, need for reformation in Muslim society. If that is
partiality, well, let us redefine partiality.

Guptaji had given point by point answer to my post in a very polite,
civilized manner, without calling me names. You are latching on to his coat
tails and are using his comments to calling names.

Accepting oneself as a Dog, is really not a sign of humility. If it is not
sarcasm, it is just a tactic to silence the other person. Don't make too
much boast about it. But if you insist that it is a sign of humility, then
the same principle works for me too because I have voluntarily accepted your
down gradation of Keralites to fourth class citizens. Now I can't be having
both head weight and humility at the same time, can I, Mr. Zaveri?
