Even with my rusted knowledge of law, I still have disagreements 
with your interpretation and opinions. At a couple of places you 
may be factually and legally wrong. I don't know how kindly 
Harshal or other Nukkies will take a long-winding discussion on 
Nukkad about fine points of law that interests none but the 
lawyers.

Dear venugopal, I am extremely happy to know that you are LL.B., 
that, too, from Delhi University.It will be a pleasure to interact 
with you on law points. I shall be privileged to hold such 
discussions with you, and, with any other nukkie who happens to be 
 from the field of law. Academic, serious  discussion is what I 
like and that is the only way to learn a subject, law included. 
You are always welcome to send me personal mail. And, this time, 
in the new background, I would be careful to send well researched 
comments. I should have sent  well researched comments earlier 
too, but, due to lack of time, sent broad general legal position 
as I remembered.

I strongly believe all should study law because everyone is 
supposed to know law and ignorance of law is no excuse.
