Re: [nukkad] we are never alone

The skill of writing is to create a context in which other
people can think. -Edwin Schlossberg, designer (1945- )

Nice article... Adheer, Thanks...
===============================================================
Yesterday is history. Tomorrow a mystery. Today is a
gift. That's why it's called the present! live and
savor every moment.....this is not a dress rehearsal!
===============================================================
Yet... we spend precious time dwelling on the past and worrying
about the future ... and while doing so we let life slip by.

Now, the past is important. But we do not have to cling to the
past. We need to learn from it... and then let it go.

Yes... yesterday is gone... and tomorrow is not here yet.
All we really have is today... now... this moment. When
"it" is gone, we will never get it back.

Living in the present moment is the secret of joy! But is that so
difficult to understand? Jason Lehman was only fourteen when he
realised this invaluable truth... and wrote this meaningful
poem .........

It was spring, but it was summer I wanted,
The warm days, and the great outdoors.

It was summer, but it was fall I wanted,
The colorful leaves, and the cool, dry air.

It was fall, but it was winter I wanted,
The beautiful snow, and the joy of the holiday season.

It was winter, but it was spring I wanted,
The warmth and the blossoming of nature.

I was a child, but it was adulthood I wanted,
The freedom and respect.

I was twenty, but it was thirty I wanted,
To be mature, and sophisticated.

I was middle-aged, but it was twenty I wanted,
The youth and the free spirit.

I was retired, but it was middle age I wanted,
The presence of mind without limitations.

My life was over ... and I never got what I wanted.

-Sam.
