* Drink about one glass of pure water for each 15 pounds of body
weight daily. Use water externally for cleanliness daily when
possible. Even a daily rub with a wet washcloth, when water is scarce,
will be helpful.
* Maintain correct posture, sitting, standing, and walking.
* Make it a habit to breathe deeply of excellent quality air.
* Get appropriate outdoor exercise daily.
* Eat moderately of the most healthful foods, at regular meal
times only.
* Find some way to help someone in genuine need, daily.
* Learn to use moderately a wide variety of all available,
healthful things, and abstain totally from all harmful things, like
tobacco, alcohol, caffeine, and harmful drugs.
* Insist on dequate, regular rest.
* Live in such a way as to maintain your conscience free of guilt.
* Cultivate an attitude of genuine contentment, with positive
trust in God and cheerfulness.
