Hi
  A part of me doesnt even want to dignify the pathetic ideas of most other 
people in mumbai being "immigrants" but I had to say something.
What is your definition of immigrant  just someone who is culturally 
different because I was born in mumbai what does that make me?
I used to be able to proudly say that mumbai is the example of what the rest 
of the india should be. all the cultures and all the traditions living 
together. While growing up I didnt look around me and say oh i cant 
associate with that person because they arent my culture or something 
ridiculous like that.
  Lastly but not the least I am sorry but maharashtrians alone dont make up 
mumbai anymore and are not by themselves responsible for making it "great". 
If you were to have all the other cultures leave then you wouldnt have 
mumbai you would have seven islands populated by shiv sainiks.
As for the tax impose that when mumbai secedes from the rest of the nation.
