No you back off from your comments.. but I will tell you a better way to do
it.. If you realise what you said probably didn't make much sense. You say..
'Ok.. yes I guess I was wrong.. But you outdid youself inthis mail'.. tchh
tchh tchh.. I am a maharashtrian.. I am proud of it.. but at the same time I
am more proud of India. Calling a person moving from any part of india to
any part of india an 'immgrant' is silly to start with.. so.. arguably huma
race started in Africa.. So everyone is an immigrant. So what should we do

		Inever said that Immigrants shud leave Mumbai. What I
		said was those "IMMIGRRANTS WHO COME TO MUMBAI FOR THE
		SOLE PURPOSE OF EARNING MONEY N THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT
		THE CITY SHUD CONTRIBUTE SOME OF THEIR EARNINGS TO THE
		BETTERMENT OF MUMBAI N IF THEY DON'T DO SO THEN THEY
		MUST BE TAXED N THE FUNDS COLLECTED FROM THAT SHUD BE
		UTILIZED FOR THE BETTERMENT OF MUMBAI". 
		[Milind] Boy oh.. boy oh. Boy.. Myjo.. since we don't have
state taxes in India.. the only way one can give back money to Mumbai or any
place for that matter.. is to spend their money.. And people who live in
Mumbai spend money in Mumbai for their day to day needs.. What more do you
want.. you want them to pay more money to keep mumbai clean?? Ha ha ha.. Do
Maharashtrians pay that money NO.. should anyone pay that money NO. please..
don't put the central and maharashtra government's inefficiency on those
poor immigrants... Colelct funds from the immigrants.. what a novel idea..
And even if we accept this silly idea for a minute.. Please enlighten us as
to how you will determine if the immigrants are giving money back to Mumbai
and if not how will you collect it from them> and how much? 
		Maharashtrians
		had always been hospitable n kind to all those who
		migrated to Mumbai (I hope everybody will agree to
		that) 
		Hospitable .. what are yking about? Who in Mumbai has time
to actually welcome the immigrants.. who cares? Hospotable? What do
Maharashtrians do.. feed the immigrants give them place to stay in their
homes? What have they done to be named hospitable? They don't go and kill
the immigrants and most of the times.. they don't have any disputes or
fights with them that's all. Who thinks about whether someone is an
immigrant or not.. More aptly how do you know if a person is immigrant in
Mumbai? Ha.. that's a thought..[milind]
		n I am sure that Maharashtrians will continue to
		be so. Those Immigrants who had been living in Mumbai
		for ages or born in Mumbai r also some wrong
		impression. They feel that since they migrated here
		some 50 yrs ago or since they were born here, Mumbai
		belongs to them. My dear fellow Immigrants, "MUMBAI IS
		AN INTEGRAL PART OF MAHARSSHTRA N MAHARASHTRIANS R THE
		ONLY THE NATIVE PEOPLE OF MUMBAI". 
		[milind[ Mumbai is an integral part on India and Indians are
the only native people of India.. right? YES.. so what??? Myjo.. I know I
shouldn't ask this.. but do you actually know that Mumbai is a part of India
and India is a democratic country(thank god) and in a democratic country
people are free to go wherever they want? [milind]
		Please note that I
		don't want to say that Mumbai belongs to
		Maharashtrians "ONLY". Mumbai gave all those
		Immigrants a fair opportunity to earn their
		bread-n-butter n to live a better life, which is
		unfortunately not offered by their native land n
		precisely that's why they migrated to Mumbai. Then why
		not to give a part of ur earnings to the betterment of
		that city which has given u so much??? I never claimed
		that Maharashtrians shudn't associate with Immigrants
		n I never claimed that Maharashtrians r "ALONE"
		responsible for the greatness of Mumbai. I know n it's
		a fact that that all those Immigrants along with the
		Maharashtrians r responsible for the greatness of
		Mumbai. 
		[milind] BINGO.. non-mumbaikars and mumbaikars are equaly
responsible for the greatness of Mumbai.. there.. the immigrants have been
giving back to Mumbai.. AAArrgghh.. the solution is right here.. guys..
