Mr. Pankaj and all Nukkies,

Very much appreciate your sentiments and if I have hurt them that's too bad. But
very soon there will be civil war. When there is deprivation and crime and
poverty beyond control, the law and order is bound to collapse. Your prediction
of physical war -  God forbid -  may be true.

Talking of planting greenery Mr. Pankaj -  when you want to have greenery you
have to make a commitment towards it. Just a great social occasion of planting
trees does not solve the problem. I have myself tried to maintain a small green
patch out side my little home.
I pay Rs. 130 pm to the society, I pay Rs. 100 per month to the watchman to
water the plants ( because I stay on the first floor) and Rs. 25 per month to
the cleaner for clearing the dry leaves. I face so much opposition from the
society since I am encroaching on their parking space (!) Plus every  week I
have to turn the mud, spent on manure and the rest plus put up with mosquito
menace and rat menace. Plus people throw stones to pluck the fruits growing on
the trees. Is it worth the trouble sometimes I wonder if I should call off the
whole thing.

Mr. 'shal, I have tried to be a part of the solution in my own small way.

All you white collared people have taken great offence haven't you ?
Let me tell you that I am also an Immigrant - yes a tamilian - married to a
maharashtrian but I love Mumbai and my heart bleeds for it.
Are you all satisfied now. !!!!
Will you stop all this hate mail to me at least now. 

Also none of us said about having to go away. I keep saying stop more from
coming at least now before it is too too late.
