First of all I am not at all participating in in
fierce fighting of that immigrant issue. 
Just to note Mr. Menon that ur statement "Maharshtra
got it as alimony when they divorced Gujrat!",
sounding like Maharashtra got Mumbai as an alimony
when Maharashtra divorced Gujrat, is a complete
baseless and false n totally against the history.
Maharashtra always had given to it's neighbouring
states. Maharashtra never took anything from anybody.
Infact Maharashtra is "FAVORING" Gujrat by supplying a
229MW of Electrical Power every Day (reference
Maharashtra State Electricity Board, Konkan Region).
So please if u don't know the Great History of
Maharashtra and how much Maharashtra had contributed
to the development of the Gujrat, then get yourself
updated. Many of Maharashtrians had became "Hutatma"
in the "Revolution of Mumbaisaha Sanyukta Maharashtra
Zalacha Pahije". The present "Hutatma Smarak" in
Mumbai is the monument and the respectful homeage for
them. May I suggest you to please refer to the Grest
History Writers in Maharashtra and get updated??? You
had offended the "DEEPEST RESPECT OF MAHARASHTRIANS
TOWARDS THOSE GREAT HUTATMAS OF SANYUKTA MAHARASHTRA
CHALAVAL".
