Sir,
I have been reading your articles on managers, on positive thinking and other
inspirational anecdotes.

But I observe that most of these are based on books by western authors and
western trainers.
These days the Indian Vedanta style of management is also taking root in the
form leadership, personal goals, stress management training etc. 

Any inputs on this would be good food for the thought.
Books by Indian authors on this subject, I find are either very crude or very
showy.
