What all we need is, across the land, to our all year round
temperatures, an across the board discount of  7 deg. C and 
see the instant results in all round efficiency, ever fresh mood 
of the people, enthusiasm to work and all the goodie goodie 
things, huge farm output with least efforts, abundance of water 
supply, eradication of many tropical ailments and much more.
How to achieve this ? We have to appoint Sheikh Challi and
Aflatoon  for consultations.
