when you see the msg chat is here soon etc it is still not activated for you.
you will have a chat history folder among others when it is activated.
whaty other changes are there i dont know.
i dont think we can do anything about it; it has to come by whatever
criterian they are applying in turn.

btw nukkies i see a lot of nukkies on line (google talk) nowadays and
tempted to say hi. if you are busy (or for other reasons) and not
ready to chat dont hesitate to say so .
all i would want is a hi in return!
