you are absoluely right.
there ae supposed to be some seven stages which are critical and even
if one such stage is not done right the person can go scot free.
usually more than one are in collusion.
the judges have the right to order further procedure if they feel the
case is not handled properly but they hardly do for obvious reasons.
many a times the higher court passes stricture on the lower court
judge for errors but who cares?
judges are not above bribary.
i know for sure.
