Re[2]: [nukkad] BBC E-mail: Test confusion 'risk to patients'

Hello Ravi,

We often have many of those. There was this chap in my college and he was my
immediate senior by 1 year when I got admission for MBBS and he passed his MBBS
in the same year that I passed my MS. One chap at JJ hospital when asked the
treatment for threatened abortion said,"Who is threatening? How they can
threaten. I will file police complaint." My own class, there was a chap who was
asked why aminophylline had to be dissolved in 10% dextrose before being given
intravenously and he said innocently,"Because it is a bitter compound." Well
can't say its not bitter but the examiner must have found it a bitter pill to
swallow. Specially as it was pharmacology.
