Hello Dr Taher,
Cannot believe. Charge for email!!! the Rs 400 hosting has 50 Emails free. All 
with pop access. 
Anyway no point discussing that. Start thinking of what all you want on the 
site. You should have clear odea of number of pages and the content of each. 
Its difficult later to add pages as it might entail design changes on all 
existing pages. So before sitting on the PC, one sits with a pad of paper and 
draws out site layout and content. Design is secondary.
