Totally agree with Sai and others regarding email address.

Somehow I found the 'append' word funny - maybe rarely I see the word beyond
technical use.
Also there's a horizontal scroll bar, which is annoying for most - please
get rid of it.

I must say that I completely agree with Mean bhai. Having a domain name
(drtaherforkids.com) and *not* having an e-mail address on that web page
with that domain name is unprofessional. On top of that, if you have a free
e-mail address like yahoo or hotmail or (not sure about this) aol.co.in,
makes it cheap to boot.

Pay the extra and get a professional looking e-mail address. And if you
hosting solution does not help, go to someone else.
