This is just shameful.

 I wonder why they were given admission tickets for the exam. As per rules,
no student was eligible to appear in exam if they had not attended any
classes at all. What are  the CM and Education Minister  of Bihar and UGC
and Lalu doing? What are the Bihar bar Council and Bar Council of India
doing? What are Patna HC and Supreme Court doing? They are fully empowered
to take suo moto action.
