PROBABLE REASON--

 AIDS virus spreads by direct transmission through blood or body fluids from
one person to another. Mosquitos are intermediaries. Most likely, the virus
does not survive / grow in the mosquito and gets killed or attenuated.
Hence, cannot reach humans.
