Nostalgia!
I remember trips to the market as well!
In fact it was a great boon to have been able to shop for vegetables
especially since I learnt how to identify the tender veggies from those that
the shopkeeper/stall holder tried to palm off!
Taher when did you purchase those coins?
In Cochin, I bought two sets of Ancient Indian for about 80 rupees - this
was almost 10 years ago.
Another question is when did the coins go from Naya Paisa to Paisa?
