While this generally holds, the case of black migrants is different. Most
were forcibly
brought to do menial labour in America and treated as outcastes. They would
have revolted demanding a separate Niggerland ( Kalluchistan ) if they were
wholly left out from the democratic, economic and political process. But
slowly America learned to make room for
them and began to assimilate avoiding Kosovo, Serbia, Bosnia, macedonia kind
of secessionist wars.
