After all, no one in KNPH has received a Padma Bhushan.

Yep our cigarette-twirling, match-flicking, all-around debonair dude,
Rajnikant has finally been recognised by the central govt. He now has a 
Padma Bhushan. Yipeee!

I am surprised at how long it took for the powers-that-be to recognise 
his invaluable and incomparable contributions to improving our quality 
of life.
