In my earlier message I declined to avail any dual citizenship.
I request everyone on the list to take this as purely my personal view
as applicable to my specific case in the backdrop of my personal
background. I have neither praise nor any criticism whatsoever for
any Indian acquiring foreign citizenship while retaining Indian.
Most important thing is to keep Indian values going in the midst
of alien surrounding. The countries of which dual citizenships
will be permitted are democratic equivalents of India, with whom we do 
not have any border disputes nor problems of religious fundamentalism.
Hence acquiring citizenships of such countries by many Indians can go a 
long way in furthering mutual relationships, besides making way easier for 
such Indians to live, invest in their motherland.
