Disclaimer: The first paragraph is being said only in
lighter spirit

NRI's of all people should like/appreciate any money
making schemes....it is not really a big sum of money
for middle class people settled in west...they might
as well consider it as money returned to people of
India in lieu of almost free education. 

I know quite a few people who would like to have dual
citizenship coz of travelling visa hassles and
sentiments attached. 

 would cost $1000. Many NRIs labelled the
