Who or what is an - educated man?

What is the "mark" of an educated man?

What is the "measure" of an educated man?

Is the University the birthplace of an educated man ?
Albert Einstein is considered one of the most educated men ever...
yet he never even finished middle school.

We always hear that an educated man relates only to other
educated men. True?

Or is the idea of an educated man just a social "title" rather
than a "task to complete" ??

Why is (s)he still stereotyped by what he has done... rather than
what (s)he is ??

Will the beginning of educated men remain where it has always
begun... in some place such as Stratford-upon-Avon or Princeton...
where one learns to ask questions... and then in the pursuit of
their answers stumbles upon new worlds and ideas alike ??
