Let the whole wrold collect as many people from India as they need.
It makes no brain drain on the country's human resources. If tommorow,
in one day, they pick up 1,000,000 people , Hind has the talent to
come up with other 10 million, all equally good.
I pity your lament about the exodus.
In my opinion, you do not know 5% India, her demography, texture
and intellectual potential.
