  frankly i am finding it very dificult to comrehend ur mail but 
still from whatever i understood let me try n reply.

1) for a start "psec" is the acronym for pseudosecular - -- people 
who shed crocodile tears for a select community only n turn a 
nelsons eye when atrocities happen on the other. diseased losers 
who indulge in self flagellation and vociferously support 
anti-nationalism. these are "psecs" for you. please dont be one of 
such people.

2)u r again violating the golden rule. u dont think before u write 
n u try n display ur half knowledge to feign intellectualism.

PLEASEEEEEE read up the history of east timor n then carefuly read 
up the history of kashmir - - then if u have sometime to spare 
PLEASEEEEEE understand the geography of the mountainous state n 
then rely to me ok.
i shall give u some hints.
a) east timor bacame a part of indonesia after a massive 
indonesian invasion in which aruond 100,000 timorese were 
killed.
kahsmir became a part of india after india protected it from 
pakistani invasion and also nehru went to UN n gave pakistan a 
chance of plebaescite which it then refuse deffering it to a later 
date becoz its chances were null immedietly after the invasion.

b) timorese have not driven out any one particular community like 
the islamists have driven out the pundits and the terror in timor 
is caused more by the indonesian army.
terror in kashmir is caused primarily by the islamic terrorists n 
i need not justiy this.

c)ur view that most terrorists are loca is more foolish n ill 
informed than i can imagine. even hard core "psec" magazines are 
now clearly mentioning n locals told me when i was in kashmir last 
july that it was mostly pakistani mercenaries who are caryying on 
the butchering just becoz of frustration.(their hard core islamic 
way of life leads to a lot of inner frustration u see)
local involvement in the terror is diminishing day by day.

d) kashmir has lots of special rights and priveleges that timor 
did not.kashmir is pampered timor was opressed.and also there was 
no instability in timor and conditions for plebescite was 
conducive.
in kashmir there is involvement of more than one nation. there is 
a huge chunk of population that live as refugees uotside the state 
n the time is absolutely not correct for any plebescite of any 
sort even if one buys into ur plebescite argument.

d) LOC is not like ur neighboring compund wall where one gurkha is 
enough to keep door to door salesmen at bay. it is more tough than 
u might have even thought of in ur dreams.no amount of patrolling 
can completely seal all infiltration.

3) as for the secular and mother-son inseparable etc garble u did 
i seriously could not absolutely understand the point u were 
trying to make so chuck it.
