BJP loves Muslims 16 times more than Cong: Shahnawaz

Union Civil Aviation Minister Shahnawaz Hussain says that the 
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) loves the Muslims 16 times more than 
the Congress.

His preposition is simple as the Centre is spending 16 times more 
as subsidy for Haj pilgrims in comparison to the former Congress 
regime.

Hussain who was in the city to flag-off the maiden Haj flight on 
Monday reiterated this BJP logic while speaking to newspersons. 
Hussain who preferred to give the credit of starting the 
embarkation point in the city and five other additional places in 
the country after coming to power to Prime Minister Atal Bihari 
Vajpayee, said that the quota of Indian Haj pilgrims was next only 
to Indonesia in the world.

He pointed out that the Congress government when in power spent Rs 
10.51 crore on subsidy to Haj pilgrims, while the subsidy now is 
Rs 163 crore.
