I knew someone would come up with the the statement
that its proven scientific finding that....

crying,lamenting ,expressing,etc are not the only ways
to beat the stress.

What kills  those men (who as per your mail dont know
how to cope with stress )is something very
different...

I believe I can cope with any kind of stress without
crying when I should cry,without
expressing,etc...Anyone can and would live his or her
lifespan that too-in the best possible way..

Its easy.The power of a human being is infinite.
