This is in response to asha's mail:

I admire your thinking and the outlook..and your
prefernces in rating a person viz :

A person who can show compassion to all beings
irrespective of caste, creed, 
culture, and country.
A person who has the courage to help and fight for
the sake others, for the  right cause, ofcourse.
A person who implements his knowledge in betterment
of society.
A person who knows what "pain" is and how to shower
love.

I just wanted to say that never ever think that a
person who is :

well - educated,intelligent or of high social status,
or actively participating  on  Nukkad noisy ones)
doesn't possess the kind attributes which form the
basis of your rating..That person also might be having
all these attributes.

So its important that one should really look with an
open mind and witout any pre-occupied mind.
Otherwise its another kind of bias which might
happen,first one being other way round i.e. only the
well-educated,people having high social status,etc are
the right kind of people.

I dont mean to say that you have ignored what I am
trying to point out...You would have well taken the
said things into the account...Its just a thought
which I wanted to put on nukkad..

Yet another thing - what I think is Guptaji intended
by this listing was to provide his views regarding a
particular skill.He never meant that its the rating of
persons on the list.It was only a skill which he meant
to rate.There is nothing wrong in it. 

I am happy for the people who made it to the list.They
deserve praise for this.And moreover they also should
be happy about this.Its wonderful.

There could be people who could be better than those
who are on the list whom Guptaji might have
missed.They also are good and would be having some
people  to acknowledge it like mr
zaveri,akshay,you,nelson,so many people...
But thats a different matter.

Lets congratulate to ones who were rated as best 5.

Its unfortunate that no one tried to congratulate the
people who made it to Guptaji's list...and to
guptaji's efforts either...All i could come across was
some one with a request that he/she shouldn't be put
on the list,people challeging the basis of
listing,etc.Why do we mix up so many things
altogether?
Why not just take the things in right perspective?
