I was very happy when I read this article. I have recently seen an Able bodied Army Officer fall pery to this debilitating disease. Around 4 months ago, I have seen what Cancer in the 4th Stage does to a person who had taken bullets in wars. Such a person suddenly became grouchy, ill-tempered and impatient, so much so that he yearned for death rather than live out the final stages this cell-multiplying disease. I have also seen two other comrades turn bed-ridden and bald, and it becomes difficult to forget the agony and pain written out on their faces. I also discussed this issue with one member of our list 2 years ago, though I am not sure that member is on our list anymore. Maybe old-timers like Harshal and Rohit may remember whom I am referring to. Let's hope that our mankind (and womankind) doesn't have to wear this mantle of thorns very shortly. Nelson, do keep us posted on such things regularly.
