I think, National Anthem should be restricted to Govt. functions/ Programs
only. There is going to be no end to this. They will start recording the
Anthem on Cds and DVDs as well. So you will play it at home as well! Then,
why only cinemas? Why not after plays, Dandiyas, Ganpati Programs, music
shows, etc?? What has changed that the rule is being RE-introduced?
