When I was last visiting Crossroads, the bookstore, I saw a book on the 
pictoral history of Mumbai. I spent almost an hour looking through it. It 
had a lot of pictures from the days when Mumbai was a small port with some 
of its founding communities, pictures from the 50's and 60's compared to the 
present day pictures. It was quite fascinating to see the changes in some 
familiar areas over the years. Its not pictures taken by individuals but I 
thought it might help.
