Dear azim,
Your mail is full of contradictions and wrong statements and 
superficial thinking, devoid of much logic. I do not mean to 
insult you. You are a nice person with innocent heart, that is why 
I am responding to your mail. otherwise, I might not have 
responded to it. I feel like recounting here what a learned man 
once told me. I was always baffled by the designations in a 
university faculty, l particularly that of reader. Then i was 
told:

LECTURER [Juniormost level]---He lectures to others

READER [middle level]--- He reads and increases the depth of his 
knowledge. [Hidden meaning--Those who read and know less speak and 
lecture more. the more we read, the less we lecture].

PROFESSOR [Highest level]--- He has reached a stage where he is 
epitome of knowledge. He does not lecture, nor does he have to 
read as the main task. he has digested and internalized knowledge 
and using this knowledge, he professes his thoughts.

My sincere advice is that since you are at stage one, you might 
try to ascend and do a bit more of serious reading. you will note 
the difference in your responses yourself.

There is a definite well accepted term--kitabis religion or a 
religion which is based on a single book, that book being the word 
of god or prophet. this book is koran in islam and bible in 
christianity. There is no such book in hinduism. a hindu can 
disown gita or ramayan and still be a hindu. a muslim cannot 
disown koran. [there is a difference between disowning and not 
following koran].

B. When you say that you do a research about anything before you 
speak i would request you to atleast read Koran Once & 
understand.

i do not comment on koran because i have not read it in detail. 
the comments I make about koran are general but such comments are 
made on the basis of generally well known koranic concepts. Please 
let me know if I have ever made a statement about Koran which is 
wrong.

this is shifting stand and evading issue and bringing in 
unnecessary variables, called confounding variable or red herring. 
Religion is specific to a community. Politics is universal and 
knows no religious boundaries.

##The Verdict of Courts
In One e-mail Gireesh stated what Supreme Court described Hinduism 
as but not by how people follow it. Let me tell you a High 
court(after high court no petition was put in supreme court) also 
says that there are no para or sentences in Koran that Spreads 
hate but still  some of you think and belive it to be doing  
otherwise dont you? So why this diffrence than? when the same 
Supreme Court has given Verdict in you favour and also in my 
favour so why you only accept your\'s as right and mine as 
wrong?

##Triple Talaq
And in some other mail you also mentioned about Triple Talaq as 
Bad. now as i have explained it many times let me try once again 
the other way round.

In hinduism and christianity, men do not give divorce. they are 
not the final authority. they are not the actors or judges. they 
petition others for divorce [panchayat, priest, courts etc.] and 
those others talk to the woman and the husband and then take a 
decision to grant divorce or not based upon their assessment. in 
islam, man is the actor, doer, final arbiter or judge. he just 
pronounces thrice: talaq, talaq, talaq. And, lo and behold, like 
khul sam sam, the way for bachelorhood or for  marriage to another 
lovely kamsin girl is open for him again, without the woman having 
say at all! what else is subjugation?

  Look at it this way the court does-not give order\'s to husband 
and wife to stay under one roof so that they can patchup , But 
Islam Does!(30 days time for us to patchup and say sorry to my 
wife and that too the decision is purely her\'s if she is willing 
to forgive me,)

You are wrong. Hindu marriage Act gives not 30 days but 30 or even 
60 months before divorce is granted, the process being so lengthy. 
It was because of this long delay that the provision for divorce 
by mutual consent was incorporated later. but here also, the 
courts give minimum 6 months time for the partners to patch up and 
report back. there is even a provision in the law for giving 
marriage counsellingfor this patch up.
