What happened to the car?

Just the headlights do tell us about the car...

Gas lighted Daimler's are very rare... they just disappeared from the
scene after WW-I...

hey they did put up a 1922 Daimler on display on the Taj (centenary
celebrations), but it has electric lamps...

Do tell us more about wheeled beauties of the past...

gas lamps.

long ago a lady who had lived beyond an Age saw me
admire a lamp on her mantle piece in her victorian
drawing room where time stood still.

she asked me if i would accept it. after some 6 months
and on the right terms i did.

it was from her car, a daimler which used lighted lamps
for head lights!
