Sorry to hear about that, Aditi. As I am growing, becoming more responsible
for myself, I am realizing how hard it is becoming to live in this world and
how hard it already has. One of the professors at my college used to write
very cynical posts in the college newsgroup. I would often take objection
and say: there is hope, things could and should get better. I think, he
might have liked the attitude as well. But, I am starting to become a cynic
myself--and when I hear about such crimes, how could I keep hope? I can't
blame that professor for being cynical, neither do I the more mature members
in this list.
