Points to Ponder 

Friends have you ever wondered why - when things can be explained in
plain and Simple English language  there is a legal language which
confuses all and sundry - even the lawyers themselves and no doubt the
learned judges -  

For an example have a look at the following.....

One day in Contract Law class, the Professor  asked one of his better
students, "Now if you were to give someone an orange, how would you go
about it?" 

The student replied, "Here take this orange. Do as you please !" 

The professor was livid. "No! No! Think like a lawyer!" 

The smart student then recited, "Okay, I'd tell him, .....and continued
. . . . . . . . . 

'" I , of the ONE PART ( hereinafter called the Giver, which expression
shall include its successors and assigns) hereby give and convey to You,
of the SECOND Part ( hereinafter called the Receiver, which expression
shall include its successors and assigns) all and singular, my estate
