i achieved it:

go to my googlepage creator page (accessible to creator only);
select the column i need;
in doing so other side columns also get selected;
copy; go to new write page on thunderbird mail browser;
paste this as it is, then delete the unneeded columns;
save as template; in future select any item needed of this template
and paste whereever i need.
