Ref: I think there is a
disticntion here between the doctor in Australia and the "Indians" in
Kenya.
The first was an Indian citizen, the latter gave it up in favour of a
Kenyan passport.

getting inclusion in the Indian voter's list when she did not have an Indian
passport and had an Italian passport.
