I dont know how one can improve commununication skill by improving on
English speaking ability.
Did you stop and think they might be very good communicator in other language.
They only thing thay can achive by learning English is ability to
communicate better in English. Which is not same as better
communicator.

You don't under stand what I want. I want new generation of Indians to
generate rich pool of Indian who will be expert in foreign languages.
So they can be used as translator when dealing with various
leader/representative of foreign countries.

This has nothing to do with our political leader learning proper
English. Wish you get it this time.
Otherwise fuck it.
