While the former is praised like '' Oh, he is so lucky, he easily got US citizenship '', the latter is highly dispised, often rated as blasphemy with serious consequences such as ex-communication, social boycott, demotion/loss in/of rank, loss of prestige ....... and in Muslim countries a near certain death.
