The funniest thing an umpire would do is ask the fielding captain (Ponting) if 
a catch is taken cleanly (Clarke picking up Ganguly off the ground) instead of 
asking the square leg umpire or the third umpire.

India would do well to pull out of the series -  they are in no mood for a 
fight on the field. It would be face-saving and turn the attention from the 
real story - the glorified Indian batting failing once again. Sydney was their 
best chance and it can only go downhill from here.
